ARC Circles are designed for licensed clinicians, somatic practitioners, coaches and leaders who:
We’ll explore this together in your free consultation.
Over four months, we meet weekly in a small, supportive and deeply attuned space. Together we weave the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), Resonant Rerouting Practices (RRP), somatic and attachment healing, energy psychology, and sound healing practices.
You’ll gently allow younger parts to return safely to the care of your adult Self, as your system becomes a softer, kinder home for traumatized parts to be seen, nurtured and heard. This is a place to listen—to your own body, to the subtle frequencies moving through you, and to the relational field we create together.
Inside ARC, we explore:
ARC is both a personal healing journey and a place to refine how you bring these frequencies, models and practices into the spaces you lead.
You’re skilled in guiding others home to themselves. Yet some part of you knows there are still tender, unhurried places inside that haven’t had the safety, time and resonance they need. ARC is for you if you:
Through gentle push and yielding, you’ll be invited into a deeper, kinder relationship with yourself and your calling. ARC supports you to:
Each week we move at the pace of your body and system, not your inner taskmaster. Sessions blend guided practices, spacious listening and time for integration.
Establish group safety, understand your unique nervous system story through the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, and begin gentle sound, breath and movement practices.
Invite parts into resonance, practice Self-to-parts dialogue, and explore attachment patterns held in your body. Strengthen your inner secure base through relational witnessing.
Explore voice work, toning and sound healing rooted in the Polyvagal Model. Practice being heard in new, more regulated ways in a deeply attuned relational field.
Weave what you’ve received back into your clinical practice, business or leadership. Clarify your authentic voice and how you want to share it in spaces that can truly resonate with you.

Every session is recorded (audio) so you can re-listen, re-attune and notice how your system shifts over time.
In this no-pressure call, we’ll explore what your system is longing for, what your current clinical or leadership season looks like, and whether this circle feels like a resonant, trauma-informed next step.
Share a few details and we’ll reach out with times and next steps.
You’ll also receive a brief reflection prompt to help your system arrive gently to our call.

ARC Circles are facilitated by a trauma-informed practitioner rooted in the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, the Polyvagal Model more broadly, SSP and somatic/attachment-based healing, as well as energy psychology and sound healing.
They understand what it is to sit in the clinician’s chair, to lead teams, and to navigate the tension between holding space for others and tending to your own nervous system.
Your free consultation is also a space for questions. Here are a few that often arise:
ARC Circles are a hybrid relational healing and professional nourishment space. While it is trauma-informed and clinically rooted, it is not a substitute for individual therapy or formal supervision, nor is it a certification training. Many participants are therapists, coaches or leaders who are already resourced with supervision/therapy and want a circle where their own system can soften, integrate and experiment with new ways of being.
To preserve safety and depth, ARC Circles are intentionally small—typically 6–10 participants. This allows plenty of time for each nervous system to be seen, heard and not rushed, and for us to build real relationships over the four months.
No prior experience is required. We’ll introduce the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model and the Polyvagal Model in accessible, experiential ways. If you already use these frameworks, ARC will help you embody them more deeply. Sound and voice practices are always invitational, paced with your system and offered with options for participation.
We understand the realities of clinical work and leadership. While live attendance is what makes this circle powerful, sessions are recorded (audio) for your personal review, and there are gentle practices you can weave into your week even if you occasionally need to miss a live call. In your consultation, we’ll explore whether the schedule feels workable for your current season.
Absolutely. While ARC is not a certification, you will experience trauma-informed, polyvagal-guided and sound-based practices in your own system. As you integrate these, you’ll likely find new ways to co-regulate, pace, and invite resonance in your sessions, groups and leadership spaces—rooted in your lived experience, not just concepts.
If your body is quietly whispering “yes” as you read this, you don’t have to decide anything today. Let’s simply meet, listen together, and discover whether ARC is the right resonance for you now.
